Even though the Villa is situated in a very quite spot of Laganas about 900m away from the shore, the vibrant and colorful center of the resort is within walking distance of a few minutes.

The huge beach of Laganas bay is the most popular and cosmopolitan resorts of Zakynthos located 9 km southwest of the main town. The settlement lies around the natural bay which is full of sunbeds and umbrellas. Plenty of water sports facilities are offered to visitors like beach bars, snacks bars and seaside taverns overlooking the beach.

As the beach extends to the east towards the nearby resort of Kalamaki there is a peaceful long stretch of pure sand devoid of any beach facilities, where you can enjoy the sun and tranquil waters away from the bustle and hustle of the main beach area.

Laganas Bay is the main part of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos that was founded in 1999 for the protection of the endangered species of loggerhead sea turtle Caretta Caretta.

From Laganas Beach you can catch a boat to visit the small islet of Marathonisi (Turtle Island) which is situated in the right side of the bay. The islet is surrounded by crystal clear deep waters and rich vegetation.

The main strip of the resort is full of shops, restaurants, coffee houses and bars for any taste. The area offers you a wealth of recreational activities such as Water Park, Water sports, mini-golf, Karting circuit, mini-football 5x5 pitch, tennis courts and horse riding.
